Continuation of v0.5.825 / v0.5.832 stability checkpoints. v0.5.832's Tests workflow failed because of an unresolved merge conflict in gc.rs (Ralph fixed in v0.5.833). v0.5.837 includes Ralph's gc.rs fix + microtask probes + #629 namespace-import hard-error + #665 cjs-wrap forwarding + my cargo-fmt and api-docs regen catch-up.
