This release brings powerful new features, quality-of-life improvements, and a sleeker user experience.
🌐 Language Selector
You can now choose your preferred language directly in the app:
- English (default)
- Dansk
- Nederland's
Easily switch to your native language for a more comfortable setup experience.
🔐 Certificate Selector
The installer now scans your existing profile.xml and lets you reuse existing certificates.
No more re-generating them if you already have one!
📦 Custom WGT File Support
Want to install your own Jellyfin build? Now you can!
The installer now supports custom .wgt files.
For safe side-by-side installation, the tool copies your
.wgtand appends four random characters to its package name.
📡 Remember Custom IP
You can now save a manually entered IP address — great for TVs on separate networks or VLANs.
The last used IP is remembered automatically.
🧹 Uninstall Previous Jellyfin
The tool can now detect and remove older versions of Jellyfin before installing the new one.
⚠️ This feature depends on your TV model and firmware — not all devices support it.
🏷️ Display App Version
The current installer version is now shown in the app footer, so you always know what you're running.
