MissAV/Surrit compatibility build for Jable一键下载收藏.
Changes:
- Adds a curl fallback for surrit.com M3U8 and segment downloads so Chrome-like User-Agent/Referer header casing is preserved.
- Supports N_m3u8DL-CLI v3 style m3u8dl://Base64(...) links and legacy options emitted by the userscript.
- Maps legacy options such as --saveName, --workDir, --headers, --maxThreads, --retryCount, --timeOut, --enableDelAfterDone, and --noProxy to N_m3u8DL-RE options.
- Adds --registerUrlProtocol / --register-url-protocol so users can bind m3u8dl:// directly to this forked RE executable.
- Fixes curl fallback progress reporting to avoid false low-speed stalls.
Verified on Windows x64 with a MissAV/Surrit 1080p source using --custom-range 0-1.
