Fix
- Accounts with the default password no longer stop Koffan from starting. With
MULTI_USER=trueandAPP_PASSWORDleft at the built-in defaultshopping123, 2.16.0 refused to start, which became a restart loop under Docker and Coolify. Koffan now creates the first administrator with that password and logs a warning. If you see the warning, sign in and change the password right away under Your account on the Workspaces page.
Upgrading from 2.15.x or earlier? Read the 2.16.0 notes first: back up your database, the migration cannot be undone.
