• 对无法安全单独修改的新建菜单项增加了只读状态，避免为了提供开关而错误修改文件关联或应用包注册
• 为 Windows 11 新式菜单项增加了本地备注功能，并支持通过备注进行页面筛选和全局搜索 #87
• 修复了锁屏、UAC、快速用户切换等会话中断后，大量已有菜单项被误报为“新增”的问题
• 进一步修复了 WPS Office 菜单项/文件关联/图标共存检测中的误报和状态重置后重复提醒问题
• 优化了菜单列表中的应用来源识别和显示，使同一应用的菜单项更容易辨认
• 调整了 Scoop 和 Winget 的 Beta 通道策略：Beta 包现在仅跟随 GitHub Pre-release，正式版只更新 Stable 通道
• 新增 GitHub Release → GitCode Release 自动同步，包括 Release 信息和附件同步
• 增强了 GitCode Release 附件上传的重试、超时和异常诊断处理
• 更新了 Git 镜像仓库相关说明，并完善了发布和包管理器文档
• 优化了安装器部分中文文案、安装/卸载提示以及依赖组件处理
• 补充了大量针对 Shell Extension、ShellNew、系统菜单权限、菜单监控和列表行为的自动化测试
• 修复了菜单状态数据损坏后会误报“系统服务不可用”且无法自动恢复的问题，并加入了状态文件的备份与自愈机制 #91
