• Cleans up framerate limiter code, removing the original framerate limiter (which was limited to 120fps?) when the partymod limiter is enabled.
• Fixes certain keyboard inputs not working after one controller is "signed in" (to be precise, axes are now overridden by one with the greatest magnitude for each player. only really applies to player 1 controller and keyboard)
• Fixes game not rendering after minimized from fullscreen/not stopping when unfocused
• Fixes long vibrations only lasting one second (most noticeable in grinds)
• Fixes park editor keybind labels in configuration utility
• Updated SDL dll to latest version
