Fixes a few issues with 1.0:
- Keyboard behavior in menus now matches the original release (Thanks slimegenerator!)
- Vibration toggle now works correctly (Thanks joerandom!)
- Air out now works when holding forward out of vert (Thanks joerandom!)
Additionally, this also adds the ability to disable physics fixes and the framerate cap (see the configurator and INI)
