More 3D Live Map work - buildings from your Wi-Fi Signal Map floor plans now render in 3D with material textures, and all device types can be repositioned.
Self-Hosted Network Monitoring
- 3D floorplan buildings - Floor plan buildings render on the 3D map with walls, floor planes, and pitched roofs. Wall materials match what you set in the Wi-Fi Signal Map with procedural textures (brick, siding, wood, concrete, glass, doors, windows). Interior and exterior faces render differently based on winding direction
- WAN globe - Wireframe lat/lng globe replaces the old cloud shapes for internet nodes
- Device repositioning - All device types can now be right-click repositioned, including Wi-Fi and wired clients
- Overlay and camera persistence - Toggle states and camera position save across sessions
- RTT precision - 3 decimal places in the statistics table, 2 on stat cards
- Faster ping bursts - 0.1 s interval on macOS, reduced process concurrency to mitigate a .NET 10 ARM64 runtime bug
Installation
Windows: Download the MSI installer below
Docker:
docker compose pull && docker compose up -dmacOS (native, recommended for accurate speed tests vs Docker Desktop):
git clone https://github.com/Ozark-Connect/NetworkOptimizer.git && cd NetworkOptimizer && ./scripts/install-macos-native.sh
# or if you already have it cloned
cd NetworkOptimizer && git pull && ./scripts/install-macos-native.shProxmox:
bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Ozark-Connect/NetworkOptimizer/main/scripts/proxmox/install.sh)"For other platforms (Synology, QNAP, Unraid, native Linux), see the Deployment Guide.
