Speedtest container fails to start on kernels without BBR - The speedtest container previously tried to enable BBR congestion control via Docker compose sysctls, which hard-failed
docker compose upon hosts whose kernel doesn't ship thetcp_bbrmodule (Synology, QNAP, some Proxmox / LXC setups). The sysctl is gone, and the container now inherits whatever CC the host has configured. If bbr is loaded and set as the default on the host, speedtests still use it; the entrypoint prints the current CC and, if applicable, shows the exact host-side command to enable bbr (modprobe tcp_bbrorsysctl -w net.ipv4.tcp_congestion_control=bbr).If you hit this error, grab the latest compose file and upgrade:
