More polish for the dashboard and Wi-Fi Optimizer. See v1.14.0 release notes for what's new in v1.14.0+
Wi-Fi Optimizer
- Disabled and AFC band display - Bands available on an AP but without an assigned channel now show as "Disabled" instead of blank stats. 6 GHz radios on AFC-enabled APs show "AFC" status.
- Relaxed 2.4 GHz signal thresholds - Shifted classification thresholds ~5 dB lower to better reflect real-world 2.4 GHz performance at range. A client at -70 dBm on 2.4 GHz now shows "fair" instead of "weak".
Speed Tests
- Test again button - Speed test results now have a "Test again" button that re-runs the same test with the same settings, then scrolls to the progress area.
- WAN History empty state - The WAN History table now shows a helpful message when no results exist or current filters match nothing.
Dashboard
- Collapsible issue groups - WiFi and Audit issue lists on the dashboard now group by category with collapsible headers when there are more than 3 issues. Keeps the dashboard compact without hiding information.
- Layout and styling fixes - Tightened gauge spacing, fixed alert group badge positioning, improved mobile layout for SQM cards and WiFi issue rows.
Installation
Windows: Download the MSI installer below
Docker:
docker compose pull && docker compose up -dmacOS (native, recommended for accurate speed tests vs Docker Desktop):
git clone https://github.com/Ozark-Connect/NetworkOptimizer.git && cd NetworkOptimizer && ./scripts/install-macos-native.sh
# or if you already have it cloned
cd NetworkOptimizer && git pull && ./scripts/install-macos-native.shProxmox:
bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Ozark-Connect/NetworkOptimizer/main/scripts/proxmox/install.sh)"For other platforms (Synology, QNAP, Unraid, native Linux), see the Deployment Guide.
