Fix Fiber connection SQM deployment validation error - The AbsoluteMax multiplier for Fiber connections (1.02x) was incorrectly lower than the Max multiplier (1.05x), causing validation to fail with "AbsoluteMaxDownloadSpeed should be greater than or equal to MaxDownloadSpeed". Changed to 1.07x to provide proper headroom.

Fix SQM deployment reporting success after script failures - Previously, when boot scripts or SQM Monitor scripts failed to execute on the gateway, the deployment still reported success with a warning. Now properly returns failure and automatically cleans up partial deployments.

Show script output in deployment log on failure - When deployment fails, the actual script output (truncated) is now displayed in the deployment log so users can see what went wrong without SSHing to the gateway.
