Fixed device allowance settings for user-tagged devices - When a user manually selects a device type in UniFi (e.g., HomePod, Apple TV, LG TV), the vendor is now correctly resolved from the fingerprint database instead of using potentially incorrect client-reported vendor data. This fixes the "Allow Apple streaming devices" and "Allow name-brand TVs" settings not working for manually-tagged devices.

Fixed relative time display grammar - "1 minutes ago" now correctly displays as "1 minute ago" (and similar for hours/days). Added shared
TimeFormatHelperfor consistent formatting across the app. -
Fixed Serilog log level configuration - Environment variables like
Logging__LogLevel__NetworkOptimizer=Debugnow work correctly to control log verbosity.
New Features
- Allow media players on main network setting - New audit setting to allow AV receivers, soundbars, and media center devices on main/corporate VLANs without triggering warnings. Devices like Marantz receivers and Sonos soundbars will show as Info instead of Warning when enabled.
