This is a bugfix release.
- Removed easy AI as it wasn't actually easier. Use handicaps instead.
- Fixed mines having a higher selection priority than mine layers.
- Fixed https://openhv.readthedocs.io/ table of content.
- Fixed AA tanks not being built.
- Fixed shadows of aircraft not matching the buildings.
This is based on an unstable build of the @OpenRA engine.
