Local builds: sudo ./build.sh 1.4.49 works (git safe.directory passed through sudo)

v0.5.0 is built on Elegoo firmware 1.4.49 — flashing it updates your base from 1.4.46/v0.4.0 to 1.4.49.
Canvas and stock (non-Canvas) toolheads are both supported.
USB-Ethernet adapters (RTL8153 / AX88179) are supported out of the box.
fix-m600-pause is intentionally NOT in this release (it was broken on 1.4.46 too); a rework may land in a future release.
