Version 1.3.0 of ONTRAPORT PHP Client Library

Add card tokenization, so that card details go directly to Ontraport's PCI-secured service instead of through API calls:

• Transactions::tokenizeCard() returns a single-use token for a card.
• Transactions::tokenizeSession() returns the session details for sending card fields to the PCI-secured service yourself.
• Transactions::payInvoice() pays an open invoice.
• Models\Transaction::setPayer() accepts pci_card_token and pci_cvc_token.

Raw card fields (ccnumber, code, expire_month, and expire_year) still work in this release. They're deprecated, and Ontraport stops accepting them on January 1, 2027. For details, see Tokenize a credit card.
