This release of the ontouml-vp-plugin contains all basic features necessary for the usage of the OntoUML language on Visual Paradigm.
The basic interaction with the tool consists of right-clicking classes and associations in order to identify them as OntoUML model elements as presented below:
Installation
The installation process for installing the plugin is straight forward and can be executed by clicking on the button Help > Install Plugin and selecting the .zip file containing this release.

Features
The plugin relies on an OntoUML Server to provide its functionalities which shall improve periodically. This release of the plugin enables the following features:
- OntoUML Modeling, including basic verification of association
- OntoUML-based Smart Paint of diagrams elements
- Syntactical Model Verification
- OntoUML model Export to JSON
- OntoUML model Export to gUFO (conforming to the OWL gUFO ontology)
