- Jackify now backs up a modlist's profiles folder (modlist.txt, plugin load order, etc.) after
every successful install or update, saved alongside the modlist itself. If something small
gets broken later, you can restore from the backup instead of reinstalling from scratch. - Added "Add/Remove MO2 Skip" to Modlist Properties. Injects the appropriate moshortcut:// to
the Steam Launch Options for the chosen modlist, which skips showing Mod Organizer 2's own
window when launched from Steam, instead loading straight into the game. - The Game Version Downgrader can now downgrade the Creation Kit for Skyrim Special Edition and
Fallout 4, not just the base game.
Improvements
- The failed-download dialog now recognizes when the actual problem is a game file that doesn't
match what the modlist expects (usually after a Bethesda game update), and points you at the
Downgrade Game Version tool instead of generic network troubleshooting advice. - Improved the archive download total speed reporting during modlist install.
- TTW Linux Installer now downloads via Nexus Mods instead of GitHub, the same way Radium
Textures already does. Nexus Premium accounts get an automatic download; everyone else is
guided through a manual download instead. This was changed upstream. - Trying to install a Nexus-only tool (TTW Linux Installer, Radium Textures) while not logged
into Nexus now tells you to connect your account in Settings, instead of showing a raw error.
Fixes
- Fixed a crash that could happen when Jackify closes while a background task (such as
checking for updates or refreshing modlist data) is still running. - The Game Version Downgrader no longer pops a confusing "waiting for input" dialog during
slow phases (large game, slow connection or drive) that were mistaken for a stuck prompt.
Real prompts it needs to ask (Steam login, Steam Guard code, confirmations) still show their
own dedicated dialogs as before; Cancel remains available at any time. - The CLI now applies known mod fixes (disabling incompatible mods, creating required game
save folders such as Dialogue History's) after install and reconfigure - previously this
only happened in the GUI. - Fixed an error that could appear when opening the modlist gallery, caused by the background
thread cleanup added in this release. - Fixed "Change Version" staying clickable for Nexus-only tools (TTW Linux Installer, Radium
Textures) and producing an error, instead of being disabled as intended.
