You need your own disc image: Metroid Prime Trilogy (R3ME01 USA, R3MP01 PAL), Metroid Prime USA (GM8E01, revisions 1.00, 1.01 and 1.02), PAL (GM8P01). No disc image or game assets are included.
What changed
Controls (#243, #244)
- A Grapple binding, separate from lock-on, with a Toggle Grapple option (jump lets go too!).
- Shoot While Grappling (on by default).
- A Spider Ball toggle.
- The left hand rests on the cannon when standing still (on by default), like Trilogy.
HUD and video (#241)
- Per-visor crosshair toggles for X-Ray and Thermal (hidden by default).
- Morph Ball black bars option (off by default).
Suits (#221)
- Colours for the four Dread Samus suits.
Audio
- Music and sound effects volume go above 100%.
Metroid Prime Remastered graphics
- Performance mode improvements.
- The Puffer draws with its plain skin, and the Tower of Light's puffers are plated.
- LambertFx materials are lit by the room's baked probe.
- Cheaper room cube-map reads and folded PBR shader flags.
Performance (#249)
- Entering a world prepares the shader pipelines of all its rooms, so on Android and slow GPUs rooms behind doors no longer show black or load models late.
Fixes
- High simulation rates: footsteps and camera bob work again, and jumps from rising lifts keep the lift's speed (#248).
- Archipelago: the Elite Quarters item no longer sits in the floor (#242).
- Randomizer: the solo server takes chat commands.
- Android: the touch back arrow sends B in menus under any pad preset.
Issues addressed
- #221 Adjust the Dread Suit
- #241 Dynamic Crosshairs

- #243 [Feature Request] Mouse & Keyboard Quality-of-Life Improvements
- #244 [Feature request] Free aiming: Replicate the left hand-cannon behavior from Trilogy-primehack
- #248 Framerate related issues
- #249 Minor regressions in latest Android version
