- server: add warning log when downdating spools used value (c4e0af2)
- server reduce dead websocket timeout to 30 seconds
- client removed health check column for network releating to old api timeout setting

- server spools wouldn't update without a restart with downdate weight setting on
- client update button not correclty enabling when update is available
- client check for update button not calling correct endpoint
- server job progress would show as NaN% in certain conditions
