Various fixes that we're discovered in RC9.

- Bulk Edit not working correctly with multiple entries to edit
- Complete not considered Idle on client bulk actions
- Incorrect error message on bulk connect
- Add tracking to commands that we're missing it.
- Drag and drop to printers succeeds but throws error afterwards on views
- Group view file error still trying to access old fileActionButtons listener when opening Files with 0 available
- Group view would action commands on all printers not group of printers
- Group filter in Multi-Printer-Select does ney work!
- Ping-Pong too aggressive for low latency setups
