This should wipe out the _default issue people are seeing...
Please be aware adding your printer offline does not seem to be liked by the websocket implementation.
It is best and recommended to add your printer online. This also persists on a server restart and I'm looking into way to mitigate this more in the future.
Use the refresh button on your dashboard printer if you do happen to add a printer whilst offline, or often restart your server.
The next release I will put a refresh all button in for those with larger farms that keep them offline the majority of the time. Again this is only an issue if the server is restarted.
