v1.6.8 - Multi-food amounts, Nursery Mode timers, Huckleberry import

Each food in a multi-food meal now has its own amount and unit - Thanks for the suggestion AllenBurgett!
New food entry box: pick or type a food, set the amount, and Save to add it as a badge; tap a badge to edit its name or amount
The meal total shows next to Foods (e.g. "Foods · 25 g total"), and the timeline shows one summary line per meal (e.g. "Carrot 15 g, Cheese 10 g · 25 g")
Reactions and enjoyment are credited to the right food in reports
Fixed the Food Manager showing 0 tries, and a Delete button, for foods only logged in multi-food meals - Thanks for the heads up ngoc-minh-do!

Growth charts now cover ages 2–20 years using the CDC 2–20 weight-for-age and stature-for-age references
WHO charts switch to CDC references after 24 months
Fixed a child's age briefly going backwards at some month ends, which could switch the chart back to infant references for a day

Added Huckleberry care log CSV import for feeds, diapers, and pumping
Importing the same Huckleberry file into two babies (e.g. twins) no longer skips identical entries as duplicates
Huckleberry rows that can't be read are skipped and counted as a warning in the preview, instead of failing the whole import

Added a food activity type, with each food's own amount, unit and enjoyment, plus a family food list at reference?type=foods
Legacy feed entries with feedType: SOLIDS are now stored as food entries, and sending the same one again returns the existing entry instead of creating a duplicate
Rate limits are now configurable with HOOKS_RATE_LIMIT_READS_PER_MINUTE and HOOKS_RATE_LIMIT_WRITES_PER_MINUTE (defaults stay 60 and 30), and 429 responses include an accurate Retry-After

The startup conversion of legacy solid-food entries now skips entries that match an existing food entry (same baby, time and food), so it no longer creates duplicates
Fixed the TZ set in compose being ignored in favor of the saved /app/env/.env - Thanks for the heads up ngoc-minh-do!

Docker TZ: the container's TZ now always overrides /app/env/.env. The image defaults to UTC, so if you set a timezone by editing /app/env/.env, set TZ in your compose file instead.
Webhook SOLIDS feeds are now stored as food entries, so they no longer send feed notifications. They only reset the feed timer if the baby's feed timer settings include food.
