Features

1. New Page: Incidence Rate: Calculate incidence rates between cohorts
2. Status indicators on Estimation and Incidence rates: Green = open analysis, red = unsaved changes.
3. End date criteria of correlated criteria is now optional.

Bug Fixes

1. Reordered items in drop-downs in cohort editor UI: domains are alphabetical, attribute filters are by most commonly used.
2. Numeric range inputs were not allowing negative and decimal numbers entered easily.
3. Large cohort definitions would hang the ui. (DDSlick drop-down fix)

Offline Mode

If your environment has clients that are disconnected from the broader network, you will need to use the AtlasLocalInstall.zip to copy the CDN resources to a local file system. See README.txt for details.
