ruTorrent v5.1.4

This release contains a critical bug fix for mobile devices. It's highly recommended to upgrade.

1. Rotating the screen orientation on a mobile device (with the traffic graph open) is fixed.
   • It no longer explodes with JavaScript errors. This bug has been present forever.
2. A couple minor bug fixes for the check_port plugin are implemented.

Long Term Support for Version 5.1 (Stable)

We will be offering long term support for ruTorrent v5.1 stable. The intention is to upgrade as many platforms as possible from version 4 to 5. The intermediary option of version 4 is also receiving long term support, while 3rd party developers upgrade their plugins for API breakage.

We want to give common platforms the stability confidence they need to deploy version 5. If we find any bugs that qualify for the limited scope of a patch release, we will backport them. Each patch tick results in additional stability without any breakage!
