ruTorrent v4.3.9

This is a critical hotfix. It's highly recommended to upgrade. It resolves web client breakage when a plugin holding a table sort is disabled and the page is refreshed. It also fixes the links for IMDb and MetaCritic on the lookat plugin, so they can actually be used!

Long Term Support for Version 4 (Super Stable)

We intend to offer long term support release for ruTorrent v4, for as long as project resources permit. The intention is to upgrade as many platforms as possible in preparation for the ruTorrent v5 to one day become the universal version. We recognize that major releases with API breakage can not be resolved overnight. As a result, we are offering this intermediary option that is now considered super stable.
