Fixed

• False "LuminalVGD driver setup failed" warning on systems without
  PowerShell 7. The installer's PowerShell 5.1 fallback resolved to the
  32-bit interpreter, where driver tooling cannot run (pnputil is
  unavailable in WOW64) — so the driver install/update/uninstall step
  failed on every run and the SudoVDA cleanup never completed, while any
  previously installed driver kept working untouched. The fallback is now
  always the 64-bit interpreter, the driver script relaunches itself
  64-bit if ever started 32-bit, and a SudoVDA cleanup failure can no
  longer abort the driver install.

If previous versions showed the driver warning on your machine: simply
run this installer — the driver step now completes, and stale SudoVDA
remnants are removed.

• Bundles LuminalVGD v0.1.0-alpha.2 (driver build 11, 0.1.0.11) —
  unchanged from beta.2/beta.3.
• Requires Windows 11; 24H2+ for full HDR support.
