fix(ui): Keep Linux display overrides visible in V1
Display automation could hide the legacy override editor on Linux, leaving no way to configure resolution substitutions in the guided setup. Keep the editor visible, explain when automation is disabled, and select the rule list that matches the active display policy.

fix(installer): Repair install folders instead of blocking installs
The 2.0.2-2.0.4 install-folder guard stopped installs over a user-owned
image, unusual C:\ permissions, the product's own leftovers and stale
registrations. Blocking stranded people on older builds without protecting
them, because weak permissions usually predated the install.
Stop an install only when it cannot work or would damage something: a name
Windows forbids, % or ; in the name, a file where the folder belongs, a
network path, a drive root, or another application's populated folder. Warn
only if something serious stays wrong; everything else goes to the log.
Replace the tree scan with a deferred SYSTEM repair that removes write access
from everyone-style groups and leaves links, hardlinks and personal grants
alone. It holds each folder open while changing its children, keeps SYSTEM
and Administrators working, confirms what the file system kept, and can never
fail an install. Installing outside Program Files is allowed again.
Cached 2.0.2-era MSIs still run the strict guard during their own removal,
so clear what it rejects first. Replacing an old product no longer stops
before trying: untrustworthy uninstall commands are skipped, and a known
product without a rollback copy is removed through Windows Installer. If that
upgrade then fails, there is nothing to restore.
Migration no longer deletes every *.txt and *.log in the install folder or
pastes the install path into a PowerShell command.
Not compiled or run on Windows before this commit. The guard's tests use an
in-memory fake, and the updated C# regression harnesses have not been run.

test(installer): Register the restored product in the per-user rollback case
The case cleared native registration without letting the restore create it,
so a correct restore could never be verified and the check always failed.

fix(installer): Accept the optional Linux HDR runtime helper
Allow packages with the on-demand HDR downloader while retaining compatibility with older rollback packages. Preserve this checkout installer fix on Canary.

fix(frame-limiter): Preserve overrides through suspended sessions
Retain RTSS and NVIDIA overrides while the application remains resumable,
so disconnecting does not uncap the game. Joining RTSP and WebRTC clients
reuse the existing limiter policy; restore original settings only after
the application and remaining transports release ownership.
Cover suspend, resume, joining clients and final restoration with regression tests.
