This build contains multiple bug fixes that where found during testing of v1.9.4
This is an experimental build that reworks how encoder probing and redesigns the display helper utility to be more performant.
This causes significant speed improvements, streams can often start under 2 seconds in perfect conditions.
However because there is a large amount of rework, there might be some bugs in this build please report if you find them.
