Vibeshine 1.15.1-stable.1 - 2026-04-12
Notice: Vibeshine may trigger false-positive antivirus alerts. Details and workarounds are documented here:
#59
Changes
- Added a video_max_batch_size_kb setting with 64/32/16 KiB options to reduce video burst size on finicky switches,
routers, and Wi-Fi. - Restoring the default audio device is now more resilient when your preferred headset or display audio device is
temporarily unavailable, and it can switch back once that device returns instead of leaving Steam Streaming Speakers
stuck as default. - Renamed the NVENC split encode setting to nvenc_split_encode and automatically migrated existing configs and app
overrides.
Fixes
- Fixed a bug that could double host processing latency on some systems in certain scenarios such as static backgrounds.
- Fixed brief green or black placeholder flashes during stream startup, capture reinitialization, or capture backend
swaps. - Fixed Windows Graphics Capture fallback triggering on ordinary desktop churn and tearing capture down shortly after
startup. - Fixed virtual display teardown, cancel, restore, and recovery timing so displays are restored more reliably after a
session ends. - Fixed service stop, restart, sign-out, and shutdown paths that could hang or take too long while Vibeshine was still
starting up. - Fixed settings fields changing widget type while editing configuration values.
- Fixed Playnite autofocus repeatedly stealing focus during game launch.
- Fixed Playnite sync failing to match existing entries reliably because of quoted command lines, normalized names, or
mismatched IDs. - Fixed NVIDIA Control Panel restore leaving Ultra Low Latency or Smooth Motion forced Off after streaming.
- Fixed session logs exceeding the intended rollover limit.
