#59
v1.14.5
Changes
Crash Bundle and Crash Detection Improvements
- Crash bundle export now includes crashes from sunshine.exe and helper processes
(sunshine_display_helper.exe, sunshine_wgc_capture.exe, and playnite-launcher.exe). - Crash discovery now checks Windows crash locations under Local AppData (user and system
profile) and WER queues/archives, then selects the newest dump per process. - Exported logs/crash bundles now preserve source file modified timestamps.
Fixes
- Fixed resolution apply retries when display APIs are temporarily unavailable.
- Improved soft-validate recovery in display-helper flows by forcing a stack recovery and retry.
- Improved SYSTEM-context helper launch behavior by preferring active console session dispatch
for display apply.
Playnite Reliability
- Fixed stale gameStopped race conditions during quick relaunches of the same game.
- Fixed Playnite extension disposal edge cases that could cause close/shutdown errors.
- Fixed API status refresh behavior so Playnite IPC connections stay alive without requiring UI
reloads.
Streaming / Encoder Behavior
- Delayed startup encoder probing to prevent crash loops from repeated launch-time probes while
still probing on early serverinfo requests. - Fixed stale HEVC capability reporting by retrying unresolved encoder probing before reporting
support. - Fixed RTSS limiter behavior so limits remain active after resume.
- Set default Lossless Scaling launch delay to 5 seconds when unset (explicit overrides are
still honored).
