Changes
Added capability to override global settings and added client-based settings.
Client based settings take priority over application, otherwise the global setting is used.
This will allow you to do things such as set virtual gamepad emulation to DS4 on some games and not others.
Or configure DXGI to capture one game, but not others, and so on.
To utilize this feature simply search for the setting you want to configure, and it will add it to the web form in an easy-to-use interface.
