• Kept fractional RTSS frame-limit updates working when RTSS holds its Global profile open.
• Preserved valid fullscreen signals during launcher handoffs and overlay activity so adaptive refresh-rate switching and RTX HDR remain active.
• Prevented stale Playnite cleanup watchdogs from terminating games resumed by a newer streaming session.
