fix(macos): normalize file clock counts and link static dependencies
Adapt the remaining file-clock conversions and Apple FFmpeg/ZLIB linkage from Leeroy Ding’s Nonary/Vibepollo#603 (e841891cf5b85071f76947c2f6c33ba3df7348a1). Keep the existing fingerprint representation and limit this change to compiler and dependency portability.

fix(cache): preserve the full native file-clock count
Serialize signed clock counts without narrowing, including the minimum representable value. Keep the complete decimal timestamp in artwork sidecars and preserve existing version-1 ordinary-count metadata. Extend regression coverage through signed 128-bit limits and timestamp pairs separated by 2^64 ticks.
