- Revamped WebRTC passthrough pacing and startup handling; added Web UI frame pacing + diagnostics sampling.
- WebRTC can now utilize HDR.
- Improved WebRTC session reliability (auth refresh during setup; restore NVCP/RTSS on session end).
- Fixed RTSP resume failures after repeated pause/resume cycles.
