The mobile app now supports threaded ticket comment replies, giving technicians a cleaner way to follow and respond to conversations from the ticket detail screen. Mobile ticket views also now show logged time, including a dedicated Logged Time card and a faster action for adding new time entries directly from the ticket. Android behavior has also been improved for large-screen and modern edge-to-edge display requirements. -

A new Reports area is now available with embedded helpdesk reporting for ticket workload, ticket aging, email channel health, time utilization, and team performance. Reports include range filters, localized labels, permission-based access controls, and print-friendly output for sharing operational insights with the team. -

AlgaPSA now includes a new keyboard shortcut system for faster navigation and record work. Users can access global shortcuts, page actions, create and save shortcuts, command-palette navigation, shortcut help, and configurable shortcut preferences. Preset profiles are available for default, Vim-style, and Emacs-style workflows, with support for multi-key sequences, link hints, table navigation, macros, and repeat-last-action behavior. -
π§ Visible Workflow Step Tracking
Workflow quota and step usage are now visible in the workflow experience. The workflow action quota card appears in the control panel and editor page, making it easier to understand available workflow capacity before building or publishing automations. -
π Outbound Webhooks for Tickets and Projects
Outbound webhooks are now available for tickets and projects, giving teams a cleaner way to connect AlgaPSA activity to external systems without relying on polling. Ticket webhooks support key lifecycle events such as creation, updates, status changes, assignments, closures, and new comments. Project webhooks support project and task activity, such as task updates, status changes, tag changes, and phase moves, with signed delivery, retry handling, and consistent event payloads. -

Inbound webhooks add a new way to bring external events into AlgaPSA workflows. Field mapping now supports static and expression-based values, typed parsing and validation, reference lookups for common PSA entities, workflow payload schema previews, and safer client-side validation. Enterprise workflow handling is gated appropriately, and inbound webhook payload schemas are now registered with the shared workflow runtime. -
π Asset Locations
Assets can now be linked to saved client locations while still supporting free-text location fallback. Asset forms, Quick Add Asset, asset services, OpenAPI schemas, and asset dashboards now understand location IDs, making it easier to track where equipment is installed or assigned. -
π Detailed Ticket Audit Logs
Tickets now include an internal activity timeline so MSP staff can review who changed what and when without piecing together comments, field changes, inbound emails, document activity, and system events from separate screens. The new activity drawer includes a filterable table with event, source, actor, and structured detail views for investigating ticket history. -

Ticket comments now update live, reducing the need to refresh the page when new activity arrives during an active ticket conversation. -

Bulk action support has been expanded across major work surfaces. Project tasks can now be selected across Kanban and List views, moved, assigned, deleted, exported, and printed in bulk. Tickets now support bulk assignment, status changes, priority changes, tag updates, due date updates, move, bundle, and delete actions from a compact floating action bar. Assets now support bulk status, location, and delete actions. -
π PSA Search
Search the entirety of your AlgaPSA tenant! Client, contact, project, and ticket list searches can match not only the record itself, but also related notes, documents, interactions, and indexed content, while still respecting permissions and visibility rules. Search relevance also includes partial-term matching, prefix matching, document indexing improvements, and safer cleanup when records are deleted.

Ticket list checkboxes are easier to use. Clicking anywhere in the selection cell now toggles the checkbox instead of accidentally opening the ticket. Range selection has also been standardized across multiple list views using shift-click behavior. -

Project task filters now support teams in addition to individual agents and unassigned work, making it easier to focus project views by responsibility group. -

DataTable column resizing has been refined so resizing columns does not trigger sorting, and visible columns are now calculated using real column widths. Ticket table density controls are more granular, and tags, filters, and nested table content now scale with the selected density. -

The project task List view has been overhauled to match the newer DataTable experience. It now includes cleaner styling, better column alignment, status/priority/type columns, responsive column fitting, persisted column widths, zoom/density controls, and inline editing for status, priority, type, due date, and hour fields. -

Reply tokens are now hidden from ticket thread interfaces, reducing noisy duplicate-looking comments and keeping email-driven ticket conversations easier to read. -

Ticket Materials and Asset controls now resize more gracefully in narrower layouts. Header spacing has been improved so that buttons are not unnecessarily squeezed when space is still available.
