The new mobile app gives users a mobile-first way to access and work with tickets on the go. The app supports ticket viewing, inline ticket editing, comments, assignments, contact updates, document viewing, @mentions, Apple Sign-In, and mobile account management. -

Quoting is now available as a new billing workflow for creating, editing, approving, and sending quotes directly from the platform. Quotes support templates, line items, discounts, multi-currency pricing, client-facing messages, approval workflows, PDF generation, recipient selection, location-awareness, quote status tracking, and client acceptance or rejection. -

Workflows add a new automation system for building and running business processes across tickets, clients, contacts, CRM, scheduling, time, and project work. Users can design workflow steps, duplicate steps, use scheduling and wait actions, follow company calendars, and publish or run workflows with validation safeguards. -
π Full PSA Localization
AlgaPSA is now fully translated into French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Italian and Polish β with locale-aware date and currency formatting throughout, making the platform more accessible for international teams. -

Teams can now import tickets in bulk from CSV files, with guided mapping, preview, validation, and resolution for clients, contacts, boards, statuses, priorities, teams, agents, categories, and date formats. This makes onboarding from other PSA systems significantly faster and more reliable. -

Service Requests allow teams to define structured request forms that clients can use from the portal for common needs such as onboarding, workstation requests, and other repeatable intake flows. -
π Rich Text for Client Portal Tickets
Client portal users can now create and edit ticket descriptions using rich text formatting, including structured content like links, lists, and formatted text. -

Contacts can now store and manage multiple email addresses for improved contact email functionality and presentation. -

Ticket detail views now include a Time Entries tab showing logged time, user, date, duration, service, billable status, and approval status. -
π§ Linked Tasks on Tickets
Tickets now show when project tasks are linked to them, including a quick popover with task, project, phase, and status details. -
π§Ύ Global Default Currency
Tenants can now set a default billing currency in Settings > Billing > General. Products, services, contracts, quotes, and onboarding flows now use this tenant-level default instead of falling back to USD.
