⚠️ This is a beta release intended for testing.

This beta focuses on keeping live sessions and automations reliable when the schedule changes. Ongoing sessions can now continue through long delays, red flags and qualifying breaks, and reconnect even after their scheduled end time. Qualifying session names also remain available during interruptions.

The Track Status Light blueprint has been updated to follow flags during interruptions while avoiding activation from stale session data. To use the updated blueprint, re-import it in Home Assistant. If you filter by session phase, include suspended to follow red flags during interruptions.

For testing, please check live data and track-status lights through red flags and qualifying breaks, especially when using Live Delay or restarting the integration during a session.

Bug fixes

  • Prevent stale session data from activating track lights
The Track Status Light blueprint follows flags during interruptions when retained session details match the current session, while blocking stale or unavailable data. Re-import the blueprint to apply the update.

  • Keep live sessions connected during delays
Keep ongoing sessions available through delays and schedule changes. Fixes #1005

  • Preserve qualifying session names during red flags
The F1 Sensor integration retains qualifying and sprint qualifying names during suspensions, even beyond the scheduled end. Session times now respect the circuit's time zone, including after a Home Assistant restart. Fixes #1007
