⚠️ This is a beta release intended for testing.

Bug fixes

  • Restore Race Control timestamps and respect Home Assistant time preferences
The live data card now displays Race Control timestamps correctly using your Home Assistant time zone preference. Times follow your selected 12-hour, 24-hour, language, or system format.

  • Keep F1 Sensor settings available on older Home Assistant versions
The F1 Sensor integration settings remain accessible on all supported Home Assistant versions, including 2024.11. This restores compatibility while preserving the settings behavior on newer versions.

  • Run releases after all required checks pass
Release drafts and documentation updates now proceed when all applicable checks pass, including runs where unrelated checks are intentionally skipped. Failed or cancelled checks still prevent release, and publishing remains a manual step.

Documentation

  • Bring the search shortcut contrast correction into dev

  • Correct automation trigger documentation
The automation reference now describes the Session live trigger accurately and includes the existing Team Radio device trigger on the Drivers device.

    (cherry picked from commit 96ce362)

The automation reference now describes the Session live trigger accurately and includes the existing Team Radio device trigger on the Drivers device.

  • Improve search shortcut readability in the documentation
Search keyboard hints now have readable contrast in both light and dark themes. Accessibility checks cover the shortcuts shown on Linux and macOS.

  • Refresh F1 Sensor documentation and navigation
The documentation now has a redesigned home page, clearer navigation, and focused guides for dashboards, entities, and common tasks. Updated examples, card previews, and the animated flag lighting demonstration make it easier to discover features and get started. Existing documentation links remain available, and the latest automation documentation corrections are included.

  • Synchronize the documentation refresh from content into dev
Both branches now include the refreshed documentation and the latest automation corrections. Development quality checks remain in place.

  • Explain dashboard test coverage for contributors

Maintenance

  • Avoid redundant checks and deploy only changed documentation
Run maintenance against the development branch and reuse blueprint coverage already provided by the full test profiles. Refresh documentation indexing only after a verified deployment and keep release issue references within the correct repository.
