config.js: Added configRemoveChangeListener API
- Previously there was no way to stop listening to setting changes, causing memory leaks when components were destroyed

Added protection against "double-hooking" JSON.parse (preventing stack overflows on script reloads)
Implemented a smarter JSON parsing system:

Instead of intercepting and processing every single JSON, it will only parse JSON when necessary

Player Ads: Only search for playerAds if playerResponse or videoDetails exists

Home/Guest Prompts: Only search for tvBrowseRenderer or sectionListRenderer

Shorts: Only search gridRenderer if we are in a browse response and only when the Subscriptions tab is loaded
Removed "Remove Shorts From Subscriptions" toggle if the user is in guest mode. This disables useless JSON parsing to improve performance

General Fixes
Fixed Chapter Skip when YouTube player UI was not loaded
-- The YouTube player UI (progress bar) must be opened at least once in order to get data on chapters for the chapter skip feature to work
-- The fix will automatically detect when the chapter bar is present but the chapter data is missing
-- It will then toggle on the player UI quickly to grab that data and skip properly. This only occurs once per video load
