Bug Fixes:
- Fixed black screen when viewing controls / skipping forward or backward
- Fixed sponsored segments not showing on progress bar
- Fixed sponsored segments attaching to the wrong object initially / flickering
- Setup mutation observer to keep segments perfectly attached without delay
