v2.21.2 adds optional SDK telemetry for delivered transaction execution, top-level message counts, and ABCI query duration. The SDK metrics share the existing CometBFT Prometheus endpoint. Duration values use seconds, described in HELP text and the operator guide.
Telemetry remains disabled by default. The metrics change does not alter gas accounting or committed state and requires no state migration or coordinated upgrade height. Regression tests compare complete transaction responses and committed hashes with telemetry enabled and disabled.
A built local node and Prometheus instance verified three successful and two failed bank sends, matching transaction and message counts, shared SDK/CometBFT scraping, and all 21 companion Grafana expressions. Wasm and IAVL query operations were not exercised in this smoke test.
This release also includes CLI validation for Docker image references in upgrade metadata, an npm publishing authentication preflight, and documentation updates.

The existing tag-only Upgrade Handler Check expects a handler named v2.21.2 and reports a failure, as it did for v2.21.1. This compatible patch retains the existing v2.21.0 handler and introduces no new on-chain upgrade plan.

Container image
ghcr.io/nibiruchain/nibiru:2.21.2 is published for Linux AMD64 and ARM64 from the checksum-verified release archives. Both platform manifests carry the expected release revision.
