WasmVM v1.13.1 fixes an intermittent race in Wasmer 7.4.2's ELF artifact cleanup. Frame registrations are now removed before the code mapping is released, so another thread can reuse the address without colliding with stale frame metadata. A concurrent mapping regression test reproduces the original failure and passes with the fix.
The release also corrects synchronization in the TLS stack pool test. It keeps the test mutex held while the worker exits and its returned stack is checked.
Wasmer remains 7.4.2. The WasmVM ABI remains 1.5.10-nibiru.1; v1.13.1 is the library artifact release version.
Assets include Linux musl static archives and glibc shared libraries for x86_64 and aarch64, plus universal macOS static and shared libraries. checksums.txt contains the SHA-256 digests.

The source passed main CI run 37720846764. Release assets were built and tested at that exact commit by tag CI run 37723722495. All six release assets were verified against the published checksum manifest.
