Hotfix for v3.2.1

Fixes SSBU not launching after switching to Nextendo mode.

v3.2.1 only bundled 3 of the 8 required Skyline plugins, causing a crash on launch for users who didn't have the full mod stack already installed. v3.2.2 includes the complete dependency set — no manual prerequisite install needed.

Bundled plugins (all auto-installed/removed with Nextendo mode):

• libarcropolis.nro — ARCropolis v4.0.8
• libnro_hook.nro — nro-hook v0.4.0
• libsmashline_plugin.nro — Smashline v1.6.6
• libimgui_smash.nro — imgui-smash v1.0.0
• libssbu_pia_manager.nro — ssbu-pia-interface v1.2.0
• libnx_over.nro, libssbu_online_deluxe.nro, libssbusync.nro — ssbu-online-deluxe v1.3.0
