Prelude v3.5.13

New: Ultimate Chicken Horse online on Nextendo.

Redirects Ultimate Chicken Horse (api.braincloudservers.com and the NA/EU/AP regional relays) to the Nextendo server, which runs entirely in Go with no Unity DLLs.
Update, open Prelude once to apply the hosts, then fully power off and restart the console (the hosts file is only read at boot).
Requires UCH 1.13.13.765 and a linked Nextendo account.
