Fixed issues:
- trace_replayBlockTransactions was not properly recording direct transaction level calls to precompiles
- storage cleaning (setting to 0) was causing Parity style state diff tracers to fail
- transactionPosition is correctly recorded now in Parity style tracers
- WebSocket RPC calls can be now longer than 4096 bytes (but not longer than 1MiB)
- when using personal RPC calls in CLI address is returned properly when creating a new account now
Performance:
- decreased allocations during intensive eth_getLogs calls and trace calls.
- decreased allocations during the peering stage.
