Mainly stablilizes sync behaviour after the initial beam sync work from 1.5.9.
- improves total difficulty investigation for sync peers
- changes peer selection method for full sync modes to minimize reorganizations in unstable networks
- fixes eth_call state resolution (previously it was incorrectly picking state root from the parent block)
- fixes some parity trace formatting
- fixes last sent ping dates in non-UTC timzeones
Running Nethermind:
Nethermind Launcher is a self-contained app - you do not need to install .NET separately to run it.

- run Nethermind.Launcher

Running Nethermind Data Marketplace:
NDM packages can be downloaded directly from http://downloads.nethermind.io/. Running instructions are similar to the above, simply change the package name to NDM e.g. (nethermind-linux-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip -> NDM-linux-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip)
