WARN: If you want to launch the CLI from the downloads package then you may need to copy separately the cli.cmd.history file attached here to the application folder.

Mainly stablilizes sync behaviour after the initial beam sync work from 1.5.9.

• improves total difficulty investigation for sync peers
• changes peer selection method for full sync modes to minimize reorganizations in unstable networks
• fixes eth_call state resolution (previously it was incorrectly picking state root from the parent block)
• fixes some parity trace formatting
• fixes last sent ping dates in non-UTC timzeones

Running Nethermind:

Nethermind Launcher is a self-contained app - you do not need to install .NET separately to run it.

Linux

1. sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install libsnappy-dev libc6-dev libc6 unzip
2. wget https://github.com/NethermindEth/nethermind/releases/download/1.6.0/nethermind-linux-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip
3. unzip nethermind-linux-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip -d nethermind
4. cd nethermind
5. ./Nethermind.Launcher
6. Select desired configuration

Additionally for Ubuntu 16.04

1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ubuntu-toolchain-r/test
2. sudo apt-get update
3. sudo apt-get install gcc-6 g++-6
4. sudo apt install libzstd1

Windows

1. download windows package nethermind-windows-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip
2. unzip the file
3. run Nethermind.Launcher.exe
4. select desired configuration

macOS

1. download darwin package nethermind-darwin-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip
2. unzip the file
3. run Nethermind.Launcher
4. select desired configuration

Running Nethermind Data Marketplace:

NDM packages can be downloaded directly from http://downloads.nethermind.io/. Running instructions are similar to the above, simply change the package name to NDM e.g. (nethermind-linux-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip -> NDM-linux-amd64-1.6.0-b5b7b56.zip)
