WARN: this version supports only Linux and Alpine distros of Linux due to invalid build params for RocksDB - we should deliver a version that will run on other distros tomorrow (1.3.7 or higher)
- fixed a scenario where the node would transition from fast sync into full sync and then would disconnect and try to sync again from a node that went through a chain reorg - in such case Nethermind would try to look back for a common ancestor and sync from there and the state would be missing. Long story short, it is fixed now.
also changes from 1.3.2
- fixes an issue with finalizing fast blocks sync when remaining blocks have no transactions
- improved sync peers selection by counting downloaded bytes per millisecond instead of latencies
- improved sync conversations with Geth by limiting Geth request sizes
- Added a config switch for Geth limits allowing to chose a mode (with different defaults for various networks)
- Updated pivot blocks for goerli (1800000) and mainnet (9000000)
- Added a queue field to the fast sync - fast blocks to explain the '0' current progress when queues are grwoing
- Fixed receipts download in fast sync mode
- Bodies and receipts downloads during fast sync and bodies downloads during full sync improved / optimized
- Sync mode transitions logging improved
- Removed some of the detailed WARN logs from the fast blocks logs
