Release notes

This hotfix addresses the consensus issue in Nethermind that was introduced in v1.23.0. This release is mandatory for all Nethermind node runners.

No resync required. Consensus client restart is required, not need to resync your consensus client.
Version 1.22 and below wasn't affected.
