What changed?

This is a HotFix version where we made a rollback of one of minor changes related to Sepolia chain which resulted with unexpected regression on other chains.

Issue which we fixed thanks to that was causing unnecessary SnapSync procedure started on already synced nodes, which used FastSync configuration in past - this wasn't harmful for node but was consuming CPU and RAM which may result with some missed attestations during processing time.

We recommend to upgrade to this version and skip version 1.14.4.

Running Nethermind:

Nethermind Launcher is a self-contained app - you do not need to install .NET separately to run it.
