• Add mouse and touch handlers to all elements regardless of existence of touch events in window dom to fix issue where window dom has touch events but device does not have a touchscreen #70.
  • Touch events prevent mouse events from firing, reset at end of mouseup event.
  • Also fixes issue where touch would not work on desktop browers of touchscreen devices.
• Prevent contextmenu event from firing if touch event is fired to prevent context menu from appearing when touch hold occurs.
• Prevent multi touch action from firing center single touch action after last finger is removed.
